Christian Counselling

LET YOURSELF BLOSSOM.

The counselling relationship is a safe place to explore your thoughts, feelings and struggles. It is an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth, to have an honest look at your life in a supportive environment. My passion is to help people find peace, hope and empowerment even in the midst of difficult times.

take a new

perspective.

My aims are to help people recognise the roots of common problems from a Biblical perspective and to learn how to apply Biblical principles to their personal situation. The expectation is that people will recognise and experience the Holy Spirit working in this process and we will see God free people to be who He has created them to be.

live

empowered and at peace.

Learn to live the abundant life Jesus won for us.

Hi I'm Julie

Discover

Your Greatest Self.

Following an integrated approach to Biblical counselling we look at core personal beliefs that generate negative feelings and behaviours.

Issues and experiences in the past would be considered as well as generational issues in the family line. We would endeavour to allow the Holy Spirit to lead and we would use the power of the Word of God while processing painful feelings and unhelpful beliefs to see significant life changes.

Building on these approaches and disciplines as a foundation, there will be continued victory and growth beyond counselling.
